Here, you will get on your electric bike and set off towards your first scenic rice terrace. This delightful mode of transportation allows you to navigate the picturesque countryside of Indonesia in an eco-conscious and enjoyable manner. Before you embark, don’t miss the chance to stop by a traditional Balinese home, where you can purchase sandwiches to refuel during your adventure.

Cruise through the outskirts of Ubud, a town celebrated as Bali’s artistic and cultural heart. Your first significant stop will be at a nearby coffee plantation, where you will have the opportunity to engage with local farmers and gain insight into the coffee-making process. Be sure to savor the diverse flavors of both coffee and tea available for tasting!

Resume your cycling deeper into the countryside, navigating narrow paths shaded by lush greenery and passing charming Balinese villages until you arrive at the renowned Tegalalang rice terraces. Amongst these picturesque paddies, the most iconic in the region, you can observe locals tending to their fields and understand the crucial role rice plays in Indonesian cuisine.

Your tour includes transportation to and from accommodations situated within a 4 to 5 km (2.4 to 3.1 mi) radius of central Ubud. If your lodging is outside this range, we will reach out to arrange an alternative meeting point.
