On this excursion from Ushuaia, you will explore one of Argentina's most breathtaking locations: the Tierra del Fuego National Park, and enjoy a ride on the End of the World Train, the southernmost railway in the world!
Tierra del Fuego National Park Trip
We will begin by picking you up from your hotel at the scheduled time. From there, we will travel by bus to the Tierra del Fuego National Park, located just 11 kilometers from Ushuaia.
Upon arrival, we will disembark the bus and start our exploration of the park, immersing ourselves in the stunning sub-Atlantic forest. Be sure to look out for the remarkable native wildlife, including the Fuegian red fox, cachaña, and the giant woodpecker.
This trip presents a unique opportunity to discover the southernmost protected area in the country, the only national park that stretches between the coastline and the towering mountains. Additionally, if the weather permits, we will embark on a 30-minute extra walk.
At the conclusion of our tour of the Tierra del Fuego National Park, we will return you to your hotel in Ushuaia, totaling around 5 hours from pickup.
Tierra del Fuego National Park Trip + End of the World Train Ride
If you wish to enhance your experience by riding one of the world’s most famous locomotives, you can select the option that includes the End of the World Train upon booking.
The Fuegian Southern Railway, recognized as the Train of the End of the World, is the southernmost railway line globally. You will board one of its vintage cars, operated by classic steam locomotives, for a journey of about 7 kilometers (5 miles).
This tour follows the historic route once taken by inmates from the Ushuaia prison as they transported materials from Mount Susana for the construction projects they undertook.
At the end of this captivating journey, the bus will be ready to take you back to your hotel.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You will be picked up from your hotel in Ushuaia at the designated time, leading to a bus trip to Tierra del Fuego National Park. The tour lasts approximately 5 hours and includes a guided exploration of the park.

Tickets to Tierra del Fuego National Park
This tour does not include the entrance fee to Tierra del Fuego National Park. You can buy tickets in advance through the following link on the official website (https://ventaweb.apn.gob.ar/reserva/inicio) using a credit card.
If you have chosen the tour option that doesn't include the End of the World Train, please select the option that appears on the official website as “Portal de acceso a través de Ruta Nacional 3 - Parque nacional Tierra del Fuego” (Access gateway through National Route 3 - Tierra del Fuego National Park).
If you have opted for the tour option that includes the End of the World Train, please select the option that appears on the official website as “Portal de acceso estación ferroviaria Tren del fin del Mundo - Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego” (Access gateway through the railway station End of the World Train - Tierra del Fuego National Park).
Otherwise, on the day of the visit, you'll need to pay the entrance fee at the ticket office with Argentine pesos in cash.
