Tour Overview
We will commence our journey at the specified hour, meeting at the ticket office of the Uxmal archaeological site, ready to uncover the mysteries of this revered location. Right from the beginning, we’ll be captivated by the incredible architectural feats of the ancient Maya.
Our first stop will be the Pyramid of the Soothsayer, an impressive edifice characterized by its unique elliptical design, which stands tall over the Uxmal landscape. Following this, we will move on to the Quadrangle of the Nuns, a collection of structures adorned with elaborate carvings where we will explore the ritualistic practices and astronomical studies that took place in this significant area.
Our itinerary continues at the Governor’s Palace, where we’ll delve into the structures of governance and society that were integral to this ancient civilization. As we wander through the site, we will encounter public squares, ball courts, and ritual platforms, showcasing the thoughtful layout of this historic district.
After a two-hour exploration, we will conclude our journey back at the original meeting point.

Important information
On the day of the activity, the guide will be waiting for you at the ticket office of the archaeological site of Uxmal, located at the following address: Zona Archaeological 97884 Uxmal, Yucatan, Mexico. Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the indicated time.
You'll recognize the guide, carrying a Cancun Go Travel sign.

Admission Fees Not Included
Please remember that admission to the Uxmal Archeological Site is not included in the activity and costs 604MXN for non-nationals and 265MXN for Mexicans. Children under 12 enter for free.
Important
Be aware that heavy traffic is expected in the morning, and this may vary considerably compared to the travel time indicated on navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Be sure to leave early enough to reach your destination. The guide will only wait for you for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Additionally, please remember to bring comfortable shoes, water, hat or cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Don't forget to bring some cash for possible purchases and, of course, your camera.
