Unlimited Public Transport Access
With a Valencia tourist card valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours, you can freely use the following transportation options as often as you wish:
- Zone A tram and city bus
- Zone ABCD metro, which includes connections to Valencia airport and the train station.
Essential Information
Your card activates upon first use, whether on public transport or at a museum's ticket counter. Once activated, it remains valid for a duration of 24, 48, or 72 hours, based on your chosen option.
Collecting Your Card
To obtain your physical card, please present your reservation voucher at any of the following four Tourist Information Offices within Valencia:
- Manises Airport: arrivals area.
- Joaquín Sorolla Train Station: Calle San Vicente Mártir, 171
- Valencia Town Hall: Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 1.
- Calle Paz Tourist Information office: Calle Paz, 48

Important information
In order to pick up the physical card you have chosen, you'll need to present your reservation voucher at any of these four Tourist Information Offices in Valencia:
- Manises Airport: arrivals terminal, in front of the Car Rental offices
- Joaquín Sorolla Train Station: Calle San Vicente Mártir, 171
- Valencia Town Hall: Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 1
- Calle Paz Tourist Information office: Calle Paz, 48
To pick up the cards at the airport and AVE station, you must go to smart points where you can pick up the cards by scanning the QR or by entering the reference number on the left side of the voucher. These ticket offices operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Local bank holidays may affect the opening times of some of the attractions included in the card. Closures due to public holidays will not result in a partial or total refund of the card price.
