Utilizing the San Marco City Pass, you can explore the Doge's Palace, a remarkable structure positioned at the eastern end of St. Mark's Square that exemplifies the beauty of Venetian Gothic architecture.
This city pass further permits entry to the three public museums located in St. Mark's Square:
- Correr Museum: featuring a prestigious collection of artworks, historical maps, and antiquities.
- National Archaeological Museum: renowned for its impressive assortment of Greek and Roman sculptures.
- Marciana National Library: home to a globally significant collection of literary works.
With your San Marco City Pass, you may also visit the Fondazione Querini Stampalia, a respected institution devoted to painting, sculpture, and decorative arts, or explore the Scuola Grande dei Carmini.
Operation of the Pass
The San Marco City Pass grants single-entry access to each site.
You can access any of the listed churches and museums while your pass remains valid. Notably, the Doge's Palace can be accessed starting from 12 noon on the selected date on the calendar. After entering the Doge's Palace, you have three months to visit the remaining sites associated with the pass. The latest admission is allowed until one hour before closing.
Validity of Tickets
The San Marco City Pass is non-refundable; however, if you do not utilize it, you have a validity period of up to two years from the date of purchase.

Important information
The San Marco City Pass allows one-time access to each attraction.
You'll be able to access any of the included monuments for as long as the card is active. The only exception is the Doge's Palace, which can be visited from 12 noon on the day you select in the booking calendar. Once you've accessed the Doge's Palace, you'll have 3 months to visit the rest of the monuments included in the card. Final admission is 1 hour before closing time.
To access the included attractions, you must present this voucher and the PNR reservation code. You'll be able to access the museums through the fast-track 'Entrance prepaid tickets' queue.
Children under 6 years of age do not need the card, as they can access almost all attractions free of charge.
Ticket validity
The San Marco City Pass is non-refundable, so if you do not use it, you can use it for up to two years after purchase.
Temporary changes in opening hours and closures
Local public holidays may affect the openings of some of the attractions included in the card. Closures due to public holidays will not be grounds for partial or total reimbursement of the price of the card. Please keep in mind that starting on April 3 through July 26, 2026, all visitors who will stay the night in Venice will have to pay an access fee directly to the municipality of Venice, subject to various exceptions.
