We will convene at Via Luigi Avellino, where a dedicated mozzarella artisan will welcome us. Prepare for an engaging session as we explore the deep family traditions involved in the artisanal production of mozzarella. You will observe the dedication required to create this exceptional cheese, made from the highest quality cow's milk.

Our journey includes a visit to a local farm that produces award-winning zero-kilometer mozzarella, using milk from their own cows and employing 100% natural ingredients in the cheese-making process. Discover the farm’s commitment to sustainability and authenticity as we delve into their methods.

Throughout the mozzarella workshop, we will actively engage in each stage of cheese-making.
