Snorkeling Experience in São Miguel
At the prearranged time, we will gather at the Vila Franca do Campo Marina, where our boat awaits to embark on this snorkeling journey in São Miguel.
We will navigate through the Atlantic Ocean, heading towards the Natural Reserve of Islet of Vila Franca do Campo. This location promises to amaze you with its diverse marine fauna. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to discover the remnants of 16th-century cannons submerged in the waters. Quite fascinating, right?
For the next hour, you’ll swim amidst stunning underwater vistas while attempting to identify various marine species native to this part of the Azores. One certainty is that we will encounter large schools of fish.
