Your journey begins at 10 am on Rua António Mantas in Vila Nova de Milfontes, where a minibus will take you to either Malhão or Furnas beach, depending on the day's sea conditions.
Upon arrival, a theory session led by an experienced surfer awaits you. Regardless of your skill level, the instructors will tailor their guidance to ensure you grasp various surfing techniques. Have you heard of terms like 'take-off' and 'line-up' before?
Following a comprehensive theory lesson of about thirty minutes, you'll engage in some warm-up exercises on the beach before heading into the water! You'll have the chance to practice your skills on the surfboard, all while enjoying the soothing ocean breeze in this exceptional setting.
Once you've had your fill of wave riding, we will make our way back to Vila Nova de Milfontes, arriving at around 1 pm.

Important information
At 10 am you must go to Rua António Mantas lot n°41, 7645-221 Vila Nova de Milfontes, Portugal. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes early.
It is recommended that you bring a swimsuit, comfortable clothes, sandals, spare shoes, a towel, a bottle of water and sunscreen.
