We'll gather at a prearranged time at the entrance of the Izadi Wineries, nestled in the picturesque Villabuena de Álava. Prepare to uncover the fascinating process behind the wines of the Rioja Alavesa. Welcome aboard!
Our journey begins as we delve into the winery's various spaces, where you'll observe the state-of-the-art equipment that contributes to the crafting of exceptional wines. During the tour, you'll be introduced to the complete vinification process, starting from when the harvested grapes arrive from the vineyard, through fermentation, and culminating in barrel aging.
Marvel at the oak barrels that permit the wine to mature while it develops its distinctive flavors and aromas. Learn about how the grapes grown in the Izadi vineyards are meticulously selected and processed. Every effort is taken to ensure that only the finest grapes are chosen, showcasing the benefits of Rioja Alavesa's unique microclimate.
This tour will reveal numerous insights regarding the practices at Izadi, a winery that holds a deep respect for its harvested produce within an enchanting natural landscape. We will conclude our winery exploration in the tasting room, where a guided tasting of three wines awaits: Izadi Larrosa Blanca, Izadi Crianza, and Izadi Selección. Each tasting will be accompanied by a snack crafted from gourmet ingredients, providing a delightful finale to the tour!
After a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes, we will draw the tour to a close and bid farewell.

Important information
On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the entrance of the Izadi Wineries, located at the following address: Travesía Herreria 2 Zeharkalea, 5, 01307 Eskuernaga, Araba. Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity begins. The guide will be wearing a uniform and will greet you upon arrival.
