Final admission is 1 hour before closing time.
On December 24 and 31, closing time will be at 4 pm.

The following people can enjoy free admission to Château de Puyguilhem:
- Young people from the European Union aged 18 to 25
- Children under 18, regardless of nationality
- Unemployed individuals, disabled people with one accompanying person, journalists, architecture students, tourism professionals, military, police, and other State security forces.
Additionally, admission is free for everyone on the first Sunday of the month between January 1 and March 31 and between November 1 and December 31. It's also free on the third weekend of September.
