Your journey begins when you meet your knowledgeable English-speaking guide at the arranged meeting point and time. You'll climb into a vintage American vehicle, an iconic representation of Cuba, to set off towards the area's most renowned caves. Are you excited? Let’s get started!

As you journey west of Viñales town, you'll be en route to your first destination: the Gran Caverna de Santo Tomás, also known as the "Great Cavern of Saint Thomas" (entrance not included). With a length of 28 miles (48 km), this cave system ranks as the largest and most significant in Cuba, showcasing stunning stalactite and stalagmite formations.

After your visit, you will return to your vintage car to proceed to the next highlight of your itinerary, stopping at Palenque de los Cimarrones (entrance not included). This interactive museum, partly set within a cave, offers an insightful glimpse into the history of slavery and the rich legacy of African heritage in this part of Cuba.

Concluding your tour, you will visit one of the most famous caves in Viñales: the Cueva del Indio. You will trek through the cavern until reaching a point where you can no longer proceed on foot. Here, you will board a boat to embark on a scenic ride through the limestone tunnel, where you will discover ancient cave paintings and remains from pre-Columbian Cuban civilizations.

After an enriching experience, you will be driven back to Viñales.
