Snowshoeing Experience in Whitehorse
The adventure begins at the main entrance of the Westmark Hotel in Whitehorse. After a pleasant drive in a heated vehicle, we will journey to the surrounding areas of Whitehorse where the mesmerizing natural environment awaits us for an exciting snowshoeing excursion.
Guided by an experienced instructor, we’ll don our snowshoes, reminiscent of those historically used by miners, hunters, and fur traders, and embark on a trek through the frozen wilderness of Canada. As we navigate through the serene landscapes, we’ll enjoy breathtaking vistas of Whitehorse and encounter a variety of wildlife, including foxes, coyotes, and Canadian grouse.
Upon completing the snowshoeing journey, we will savor a warm beverage and light snack before returning to our original meeting point.
