We'll gather at the designated time in front of the Bell Tower Hotel, from where our stroll will lead us to the vibrant Muslim Quarter, celebrated for its diverse culinary offerings.

Following a brief introduction, we'll dive into the Muslim Quarter, exploring the bustling street food stalls that present a delightful mix of Middle Eastern and Chinese dishes. The variety of textures, flavors, and enticing aromas will certainly awaken your appetite!

For a genuine taste of the area, we'll stop by multiple street vendors serving Moroccan skewers. You will have the opportunity to select the type of meat and portion size you prefer at each stall. These skewers come with an assortment of incredible sauces, highlighting traditional recipes from both Arab and Chinese cuisines.

This area is also home to numerous excellent noodle shops. Throughout our exploration, you'll witness the artisans skillfully stretching the noodles, often extending several meters long. These noodles are created for hearty soups and vegetable stews, which you will have the chance to sample along the route!

During our food adventure, you will taste four to five small local dishes. Notable options include Liang Pi (spicy cold noodles), Yang Rou Pao Mo (mutton soup with bread), Hui Fang Kao Rou (grilled meat skewers), and Suan Tang Shui Jiao (hot and sour dumpling soup). There’s also the possibility of enjoying Shanxi noodles, Zeng Gao (sweet rice cake), or a refreshing plum syrup.

After approximately 2 hours, we will wrap up the tour back at our original meeting point.
