We will convene at Zrinjevac Park at the specified time to kick off our complimentary food exploration in Zagreb. Prepare to delve into the intricacies of Croatian gastronomy!

Our first stop will be the Dolac Market. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the iconic red umbrellas that shelter the stalls—an emblematic sight of this market, which has been serving locals since 1930!

As we stroll through the vibrant stalls showcasing fresh meat, fish, and cheese, you'll have the chance to savor an assortment of local delicacies including dried figs, honey, creamy fresh cheese, ?varci, and burek. These authentic and traditional tastes will immerse you in the everyday Croatian culinary experience.

Next, we'll proceed to Opatovina Park, where insights into Zagreb's rich culinary heritage will unfold and how this history is woven into the local cuisine.

The journey continues as we approach Tkal?i?eva Street, stopping for a sample of a classic appetizer. You’ll discover the significance of fish in Croatian culinary traditions.

Lastly, we will transit through the Gri? Tunnel to our final destination, where we will indulge in tastings of rakija and homemade jams.
