As we arrive, you'll enjoy a leisurely walk through this charming village, renowned for its wooden houses, situated close to the Slovakian border. Here, we will delve into the traditions of the Goral highlanders and discover their fascinating customs. Additionally, there is a chance to visit an Oscypek factory, where you can sample the region's delightful smoked cheese, a true culinary treat!
After exploring Chocho?ów, we'll return to Zakopane to visit Wielka Krokiew. This iconic hill is a prominent site in the skiing world, frequently hosting the Ski Jumping World Cup. Did you know the record jump was astonishingly set at 147 meters in 2020?
Next, we will admire the intriguing architecture of the Chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and take a moment to reflect at the Peksow Brzyzek cemetery, widely recognized for its unique artistic elements characteristic of this part of Poland.
Our adventure will culminate on Krupowki Street, where a vibrant atmosphere awaits. Stroll past various shops and restaurants, watch horse-drawn carriages, and soak in the lively sounds of street performers. Be sure to glance around to catch stunning views of the renowned Tatra Mountains.
The journey will conclude as we return to your hotel around 1 pm.
