At the prearranged time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Zanzibar and embark on this action-filled day trip. Prepare to explore stunning caves and enjoy a delightful dining experience located right in the ocean.
Your adventure begins at Maalum Cave in Paje. Here, you will explore this revered grotto, adorned with crystal-clear pools. You also have the opportunity to swim and snorkel among intriguing animal remains scattered throughout the cave.
After this unforgettable experience, we will head to the renowned The Rock Restaurant. This restaurant, perched uniquely in the heart of the Indian Ocean, is among the most photographed spots in Zanzibar, so be sure to have your camera ready! You'll be given an hour to indulge in the exquisite culinary offerings at The Rock.
With gratifying memories and flavors, we will return to your hotel in Zanzibar, concluding this remarkable tour after approximately 7 hours.
Itinerary Variations
In rare circumstances where access to Maalum Cave is restricted, we will visit the Salaam Cave instead, an equally enchanting site featuring a natural aquarium filled with shimmering turquoise waters and numerous turtles.
Hotel Pickup Information
This tour includes pickup at your accommodation in Zanzibar. During the booking process, you will be prompted to specify your location on the island (western, northern, eastern, or southern areas):
- Western region of the island: Stone Town, Bububu, Mbweni, Chukwani, Kama, Mangapwani, Fumba, and Chuini
- Northern and eastern regions of the island: Kidoti, Kendwa, Nungwi, Matemwe, Pwani Mchangani, Kiwengwa, Pongwe, Chwaka, and Uroa
- Southern region of the island: Makunduchi, Kizimkazi, Jambiani, Paje, Dongwe, Pingwe, Bwejuu, and Michamvi

Important information
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Zanzibar at the agreed time. We recommend getting to the hotel reception at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.

In order to enjoy lunch at The Rock, you must reserve a table in advance via the restaurant's official website. This reservation incurs an additional 10USD cost per person.

In exceptional cases, when the Maalum Cave is not available, we'll visit the Salaam Cave, an equally captivating enclave that is surprisingly home to a natural aquarium of turquoise tones, home to dozens of turtles.
