Activity Overview

At the arranged time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Zanzibar, Kendwa, or Nungwi, or you can join us at the meeting point as we make our way to the northern region of the island. Upon arrival, a boat will be ready to transport us to the picturesque islet of Tumbatu.

While crossing the sparkling turquoise waters, you'll be captivated by the stunning coastal landscape, setting the stage for an exhilarating experience. Upon reaching our destination, we'll head directly to the western section of the island, renowned for its vibrant coral reef, regarded as one of the top snorkeling locations around Unguja.

We'll plunge into the crystalline waters, marveling at the colorful reefs bustling with tropical marine life. With a stroke of luck, you might even encounter a sea turtle resting gracefully among the corals. Between our snorkeling adventures, the welcoming boat crew will provide fresh fruit and soft beverages to ensure we stay revitalized and buoyant.

After reveling in the underwater splendor, we will commence our return journey to the island, concluding our adventure approximately 5 hours later.

Pickup Information

This experience offers pickup services from hotels situated in the Kendwa or Nungwi regions, as well as from any location throughout Zanzibar Island. During the reservation process, you will select your preferred pickup location. If you're located elsewhere or opt out of hotel pickup, we can conveniently meet at Fukuchani Aquarium at the specified time.
