One day before your visit, the local team will send you an email through the Civitatis platform with a QR code. On the day of your booking, you must present this QR code along with your passport at the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, located at: China, Hunan, Zhangjiajie, Cili County, 306省道 邮政编码: 427234.

On the day of the activity, you’ll need to go to the ticket counter at the Visitor Center of the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Scenic Area to exchange your QR code for a printed ticket before entering the park. All participants must bring their passports.
How to Get There
You can take a bus from downtown Zhangjiajie or from Wulingyuan Bus Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
If you’re driving, take the Changzhang Expressway and exit at Yanghe/Wulingyuan. From there, follow the S306 road to reach the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Scenic Area.
Additional Info
- Please note that while these tickets allow you to skip the ticket purchase lines, all visitors must still pass through security checks.
- The following items are not allowed on the Glass Bridge: snacks, drinks, water bottles, walking sticks, lighters, cameras, and other restricted items. High heels are also not permitted on the bridge.
- In case of adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, snow, or ice, the Glass Bridge or parts of the scenic area may close temporarily for safety reasons. If this happens, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
- There is a free shuttle bus service between the upper and lower parking lots, as well as a complimentary self-service luggage storage facility available on site.
