Activity Details

Are you prepared to explore the majestic Los Gaitanes Gorge? Our adventure commences at the agreed-upon time at the El Kisko restaurant, which is conveniently situated by the Guadalhorce dam.

Following a short introduction, we will board a shuttle bus for a swift 20-minute journey to the North Access Visitor Center of Caminito del Rey. Upon arrival, we will equip ourselves with safety helmets and embark on this extraordinary pathway, a remarkable assembly of walkways elevated 100 m (328 ft) above ground, nestled in the Los Gaitanes Gorge Natural Area.

This trail, designed for small groups of no more than 8 individuals and lasting roughly 2 hours, offers delightful views of the Conde de Guadalhorce reservoir and the Sierra de Huma Mountain Range. Additionally, we will share insights about King Alfonso XIII, who inaugurated these walkways in the early 1920s, which underwent restoration for tourism in 2015.

We will conclude our journey at the South Access of the Caminito del Rey, from where the shuttle will take us back to our initial meeting point, completing an activity that spans approximately 3.5 hours.
