We'll connect at a location in central Bari at your preferred time. From there, our journey takes us through the historic center of this charming Apulian city, where you’ll encounter iconic landmarks such as the castle, Bari Cathedral, and the Basilica di San Nicola, all while meandering through the intimate alleyways.

Our destination will be the residence of Signora Maria, a seasoned expert in pasta-making, who will guide us through the cooking class. The masterclass will commence with an insightful lesson on crafting the dough to form the beloved orecchiette. Curious about the secrets behind the recipe?

Once we’ve shaped the pasta, we will observe Signora Maria as she prepares it. When the orecchiette reaches that perfect al dente texture, we will gather around the table to savor a serving of orecchiette with a fresh tomato sauce, prepared in the traditional manner!

This immersive pasta-making experience along with our meal will unfold over a duration of 2.5 hours.
