How It Works

If you select one of the options that include transport, you'll be granted unlimited usage of the Twisto tram and bus network throughout the duration of your card.

Card Collection

Upon booking, you can collect your card at the Caen la mer Tourism Office, located at Place Saint-Pierre, number 12. The office operates during the following hours:

• April, May, June, and September: Tuesdays from 10 am to 6:30 pm; Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm; Sundays and holidays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
• July and August: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm; Sundays and holidays from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
• From October to March: Tuesdays from 2 pm to 6 pm; Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm; office closed on Sundays.
• Closed on January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11, and December 25.

Your card will be activated upon first use, allowing you to enjoy its benefits for 24, 48, or 72 hours thereafter. Please keep in mind that certain monuments may require advance reservations at the Tourism Office and are subject to availability.

Children Under 4

Children under the age of 4 do not need a ticket, as they can access both public transportation and museums for free.
