Cirque du Soleil Show

JOYÀ tells the story of a rebellious teenager who is suddenly transported to the heart of a mysterious jungle. This unique place is located inside the universe of his grandfather, a man constantly searching for the meaning of life. The protagonist will find a magic world where nature and a love of life take on special relevance. In this way, bravery, friendship, and happiness are the fundamental pillars of JOYÀ, the first permanent show at Cirque du Soleil in Mexico.

The show combines amazing contortions, mind-blowing pirouettes, incredible jumps, and an almost magical level of synchronisation. A spectacle that simply cannot be missed!

During the booking process, you'll be able to choose between the following options:

Show Experience

This includes a seat in the standard area to enjoy the JOYÀ show at Cirque du Soleil.

Show Experience with Premium Seats, Drinks & Appetizers

With this option, you'll enjoy premium seating. You'll also enter the theatre 40 minutes before the general public. During this time, you'll be served half a bottle of champagne per person, accompanied by 4 savoury appetizers and 3 sweet treats. If you don't want champagne, you can opt for wine, juice, or a soft drink.

Show Experience & Dinner

In this case, an hour before the show begins, you'll take your premium seats located very close to the stage. While you wait for the show to begin, you'll be served a delicious meal.

This menu includes 3 dishes, half a bottle of champagne per person, and live music during the meal. If you don't want champagne, you can opt for wine, juice, or a soft drink.

VIP Show Experience & Dinner

This option is the most exclusive of all. An hour and 10 minutes before the show begins, you'll have priority access to the theatre with a musical introduction and a welcoming cocktail in the VIP lounge. You'll also have the best seats in the house.

This experience also includes 3 dishes, half a bottle of champagne per person, and live music during the meal.

Activity Transport

Regardless of the option you choose, you'll have round-trip transport to the show included. During the booking process, you can choose if you prefer transport from your hotel or from the pickup point.

Please note that hotel pickup is only available for specific hotels.

The pickup points are the following:

Pickup in La Isla Shopping Center

• Show at 5 pm: pickup will be at 3 pm
• Show at 6 pm: pickup will be at 4 pm
• Show at 7 pm: pickup will be at 5 pm
• Show at 8:15 pm: pickup will be at 6:15 pm
• Show at 9:15 pm: pickup will be at 7:15 pm

Pickup in the Marina Puerto Cancún

• Show at 5 pm: pickup will be at 2:30 pm
• Show at 6 pm: pickup will be at 3:30 pm
• Show at 7 pm: pickup will be at 4:30 pm
• Show at 8:15 pm: pickup will be at 5:45 pm
• Show at 9:15 pm: pickup will be at 6:45 pm

After the show, we'll pick you up at the main entrance of the Cirque du Soleil Theatre at Vidanta Riviera Maya. From there, we'll take you to the pickup point in Cancún, where we'll arrive after a journey of 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic.

Seating Location

Children Aged 3-12

On the day of the activity, children aged 3-12 must have their guardian present a valid form of identification at the JOYA ticket office (printed or digital) that proves the age of the child.
