Day Trip to Tikal by Air

Your journey begins at La Aurora International Airport in Guatemala City, from where you'll board a flight destined for Tikal, nestled within the serene northern rainforest of Guatemala.

Upon reaching Tikal National Park, we will embark on an exploration of the magnificent Mayan ruins in the lush Petén jungle.

An experienced guide, well-versed in Mayan heritage, will share fascinating insights about this enigmatic site as we stroll through its various temples. We’ll visit the Temple of the Masks, the Temple of the Great Jaguar, the Temple of the High Priest, and the awe-inspiring Temple of the Two-Headed Serpent, the tallest structure in Tikal!

Additionally, we’ll savor a delightful meal within the park, starting with a vegetable soup followed by a main course of chicken, beef, or pork, paired with either rice or vegetables (vegetarian options are available as well).

After our lunch, we will return to Mundo Maya International Airport for our flight back to Guatemala City.
