Quad Bike Tour Overview

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Cusco at the scheduled time, followed by a journey to Japura, where a hearty buffet breakfast awaits. Afterward, participants will receive a brief introduction on operating the quad bikes.

With the basics covered, we will embark on a 45-minute journey along dirt roads, surrounded by stunning landscapes, heading towards the iconic Vinicunca, better known as the Seven Colours Mountain! Upon arrival, we’ll park the quad bikes and enjoy a 45-minute walk to the summit, which stands at an impressive 17,060 ft (5,200 m) above sea level. This spot offers remarkable panoramic views.

After capturing some breathtaking photographs and soaking in the natural beauty, we will retrace our steps back to the quad bikes. A further 45-minute ride will take us back to the starting point, where we’ll indulge in a buffet lunch.

The tour concludes with a return trip to Cusco, where you’ll be dropped off near the Plaza de Armas approximately 12 to 13 hours after the adventure begins.

Quad Bike Excursion + Hike

During the booking process, you can opt for the additional hiking route. After reaching the Rainbow Mountain car park via quad bike, we’ll embark on a short 1-hour hike to ascend the famous Seven Colours Mountain for the last kilometer and a half. If you prefer not to hike, there is an opportunity to book an optional motorbike ride at the site.

Requirements for Participation

• You must be at least 18 years old to operate the quad bikes. Passengers aged between 12 and 18 can ride on double quads.
• Each double quad accommodates up to 2 individuals.
• The double quad option shares the vehicle between two participants.
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant individuals, those with heart conditions, anxiety, or claustrophobia.
