Introductory Scuba Diving Experience in Arrabida Natural Park

At your selected time, we will meet you at your accommodation in Sesimbra and transport you to the Sesimbra diving center. Here, a brief overview of the activity will be provided along with essential concepts related to diving.

Once suited in neoprene, we will board the speedboat and navigate towards one of the premier dive locations within the Arrabida Natural Park. It will soon be time for everyone to plunge into the water!

As we prepare to dive, we will deflate our vests and, at a safe depth, the instructor will guide us through some basic techniques for managing the diving gear confidently. Within moments, you will find yourself gliding effortlessly through the water like a fish.

This experience serves as the ideal gateway into the realm of diving and offers a thrilling introduction to this sport. The instructor will be by your side at all times, allowing you to focus solely on relishing the adventure. After diving for approximately 45 minutes in the stunning ocean, we will make our way back to the boat.

To conclude, we will escort you back to your hotel in Sesimbra.
