The day begins with an exploration of the cultural legacy left by the early immigrants in Rio Grande do Sul. Our journey will commence at the Casa Centenária Ferrari, a charming wooden structure set amidst scenic meadows and mountains. In this museum house, we will take a guided tour of the various rooms, gaining insight into the lives of its first inhabitants and their role in the establishment of Gramado.

Following our visit, we will board the minibus for a trip to Ervateira Marcon, where we’ll observe the authentic process of how yerba mate is crafted—this traditional tea is a hallmark of the region and has deep roots in the indigenous culture.

Our next destination is the Fioreze Museum, which houses a diverse assortment of artifacts that vividly depict the daily routines of Gramado's early settlers. You will encounter intriguing items such as scales, vintage photographs, typewriters, and kitchen tools, along with record players.

Finally, we will pause at a local eatery to enjoy a delightful lunch featuring classic Italian dishes, offering a selection of salami, sausages, cheeses, bread, and a delectable dessert, complemented by coffee to round off our meal.
