Our adventure begins at 9:10 am, where we'll congregate in front of the Castellón Tourist Office. From there, we will board a minibus heading to Upper Maestrazgo, home to the captivating Maestrazgo Mining Park. Let’s embark on this journey!

A delightful mining train will transport us to the entrance of the Victoria Mine. Equipped with safety helmets, we will explore this underground area and learn about the dedication of miners from centuries past. What were their working methods? Which minerals did they extract? Were safety measures in place? These questions will be addressed as we unravel the tour…

Additionally, attendees will encounter various mining tools, authentic carts, and informative panels that will illuminate what life was like within the Maestrazgo Mining Park.

Upon returning to the surface, we will hop back on the train and continue to the Esperanza Mine. Here, our focus will shift to the natural surroundings of the caverns. We'll discuss geological phenomena, observe shafts, and admire ancient stalactites.

Subsequently, a minibus will take us to Culla, a historically rich town steeped in Templar heritage. As we explore this medieval town and its ties to the Order of the Temple, we will view significant landmarks such as the 11th-century castle, the granary of the Commander, and the former hospital.

Finally, we will return to Castellón de la Plana, with an anticipated arrival time of approximately 1:50 pm.
