Exclusive Day Excursion to Mirbat
Your adventure begins at 8 am when we pick you up from your Salalah hotel for a private excursion via 4x4 vehicle towards Mirbat. As we journey towards this significant location, we’ll pause periodically to appreciate the stunning landscapes of southern Oman.
The morning will be dedicated to exploring the splendid Sahanout and Razat natural springs. As we stroll through these picturesque sites, you’ll be captivated by their clear waters and the vibrant birds flitting among the trees that line the lakes. Be sure to have your camera ready!
Continuing our adventure, we will navigate an off-the-beaten-path mountain road, guiding you through verdant jungle areas that evoke the feeling of being on safari. After this exhilarating ride, we will take a break for an hour to enjoy some lunch.
Post-lunch, we’ll arrive at the highlight of our journey: welcome to Mirbat! Here, we will explore the harbor, with its numerous sailing vessels, stroll along several picturesque beaches, wander through the quaint historic center, and explore its renowned castle. Within the castle walls, stories of the pivotal battle that unfolded here in 1972 will be shared.
Your personalized tour culminates with a return to your hotel in Salalah by 5 pm.
