Go City: Dublin All-Inclusive Pass

This voucher is not an entrance ticket. It cannot be redeemed for paper tickets nor is it valid to access any of the tourist attractions.

Your confirmation email includes a PDF attrached. Please check that the attachment includes your tickets with one QR code for each user. If you don't receive a PDF, please contact us via our web form.

Downloading the pass will not activate it. To use your tourist pass, you can show your QR code at the entrance to the attractions. You can either download your tourist pass or print it out. 

Printed voucher: You must download and print the PDF with the passes and city travel guide. 

Electronic voucher: Save your PDF con your smartphone or tablet to easily open it and show it to access the various attractions. 

The Go City: Dublin All-Inclusive Pass is personal and non-transferable. It is only valid for consecutive calendar days.

The Go City: Dublin All-Inclusive Pass will be activated after the first use at an attraction. The pass, in 2 or 3 day option, works on calendar day basis after first activation, so it’s best practice to start using your pass first thing in the morning to make full use of each day.

If you experience any problems with your Go City: Dublin All-Inclusive Pass, please contact the Dublin Pass Customer Service (0044 (0) 207 293 0972). You can call from 9am to 8pm Mondays to Fridays, 10am – 4pm on Saturdays, and 10:30am – 4:30pm on Sundays.

You can access each attraction only once. Visits to each attraction is voluntary and under responsibility of the cardholder.

Local bank holidays may affect the opening hours of the attractions included in the pass. Please keep in mind that you will not be refunded (partially or totally) if the attractions are closed on local public holidays.

Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

To make this previous reservation correctly, you must enter the same email address you used on the Civitatis website to purchase the Go City: Dublin All-Inclusive Pass.
