Day 1: Discovering the West of Madeira

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Funchal, as we embark on an exploration of Madeira's west region in a comfortable minibus. Along the way, we will make various stops at picturesque villages and stunning natural landscapes!

The first major stop is at Cabo Girão, where you can marvel at a glass platform extending over a cliff, presenting breathtaking views – an ideal moment for photographs!

Continuing our journey, we will traverse Ribeira Brava, take a brief pause at the enchanting Boca da Encumeada viewpoint, and ascend to the vast Paul da Serra plateau.

Next on our itinerary is Madalena do Mar, where we will meander through lush banana plantations. Following this, we’ll visit Fonte do Bispo and Porto Moniz, where we will have a lunch break.

After lunch, we will soak in the beauty of the natural pools of Seixal and then head towards the lovely village of São Vicente, celebrated for its quaint chapels and surrounded by a peaceful valley.

As this action-packed day concludes, we arrive in Câmara de Lobos, a charming fishing village known for its colorful boats dotting the harbor. Fun fact: the best Madeira wine originates from the vineyards in this area.

We wrap up the day by returning to Funchal around 5 pm, having enjoyed a full day of discovery.

Day 2: Exploring the East of Madeira

Prepare for another exhilarating day! We'll meet you at your hotel to commence the second day of our tour, starting with a visit to the iconic Christ the King statue in Garajau, a significant symbol on the eastern side of Madeira.

Our next stop will be Machico, recognized as the island's second-largest city and its first capital. Here, you'll have the chance to delve into its historical sites before we proceed to Ponta de São Lourenço, the easternmost point of Madeira.

We will continue our exploration to Porto da Cruz and Santana, where you'll have a leisurely 1.5-hour lunch break. Refreshed, we will then make our way to Ribeiro Frio and ascend to Pico do Arieiro, noted as the third-highest peak on the island.

As the day draws to a close, we'll transport you back to Funchal, arriving at your accommodation by 5 pm.
