Our journey begins at 9 am in the Plaza de las Descalzas, where we will depart for Cordoba, located a two and a half hour drive from Granada.

Transitioning from the Alhambra to the heart of the Mosque city. Upon arrival in Cordoba, you will have the opportunity to explore the winding streets within its historic center. As we stroll past the intricate arches and beautifully tiled facades, we will delve into the city’s Islamic heritage.

Charming boutiques, bustling plazas, and traces of Jewish and Roman history... Throughout our walk, stories that have shaped the city will unfold. Did you know that the ancient quarter of Cordoba is home to four UNESCO World Heritage Sites?

The highlight of our day will be visiting the Mosque-Cathedral, a defining landmark of Cordoba. Guided by an expert, you will uncover the cultural diversity preserved within its walls, showcasing the influences of the Visigoths, Muslims, and Christians. Our journey will take us beneath the renowned red and white arches of what was previously the world’s largest mosque. You will be intrigued by the Christian cathedral, seamlessly integrated into the expansive columns of the Muslim prayer hall.

Following this, you can continue to unravel Cordoba's past by exploring the Jewish quarter, often hailed as one of the most picturesque in Spain. Its enchanting narrow streets, adorned with pots, will lead us to key sites such as the Souk, the Synagogue, and the House of Sepharad. An extraordinary voyage through history!

Once we have completed our exploration of Cordoba’s highlights, we will head back to Granada, concluding the day’s trip around 4 to 5 pm in the Plaza de Mariana Pineda.
