Join us for a day trip to Santorini departing from Heraklion, as we delve into one of the most stunning volcanic islands in Greece. Our journey will take us through the enchanting villages of Oia and Fira, ensuring a memorable experience.

Santorini Day Excursion

We will gather at your selected pickup location in Crete at the specified time and transport you to the departure dock, with the option to meet at the Heraklion port. Once the group is assembled, we’ll embark on a boat destined for the Athinios port on Santorini.

After approximately 2.5 hours crossing the Aegean Sea, we will arrive at this sought-after volcanic paradise, renowned for its beauty. Prepare to discover its unique charm!

Upon arrival, we will board a bus for an informative session led by our guide about the island's highlights. Our first destination will be Oia, where you’ll enjoy around 1.5 hours of free time. This picturesque village, famous for its white houses adorned with blue domes, is one of the most iconic images of Greece.

Next, we will make our way to Fira, the island's capital. Here, you will have another 1.5 hours to wander the streets and sample local delicacies. If interested, you may opt for a short independent excursion to the Nea Kameni volcano, which will last 1.5 hours and require a brief adjustment of your time in Fira, reducing it to about 20 minutes.

In the afternoon, we will return to the boat for our passage back to Crete. After a fulfilling day of exploration spanning 12 hours, we will conclude our trip at the Heraklion port. If you have selected the pickup service, we will ensure your safe return to your hotel from the capital's dock.

Please be aware that on busier days, the sequence of the itinerary may be adjusted, with potential initial stops at Fira.

You can select from the following options during the booking process:

• Tour with pickup: This package includes transfer from designated hotels in close proximity to Heraklion, such as Sissi, Malia, Stalis, Hersonissos, Analipsi, Anissaras, Gouves, Gournes, Kokkini Chani, Karteros, Ammoudara Beach, Agia Pelagia, and Lygaria. Depending on your pickup location, the timing will vary between 5:45 am and 7 am, and we'll contact you to confirm the exact schedule.
• Tour without pickup: We will meet at the specified time at the Heraklion port.

Kindly note that there are no pickup services available from hotels within Heraklion. Therefore, if you are staying in the city, please opt for the tour without pickup.
