Go City: Oahu Essentials Pass or Explorer Pass

This voucher is not a ticket and cannot be redeemed for physical tickets nor used to access tourist attractions.

In your confirmation email, you'll find an attached PDF file. You must check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, you can contact us via our web form.

Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. To use your tourist card, you can present the QR code that appears on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions:

• Printed voucher: You must download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide.
• E-voucher: You must save the PDF in a format compatible with mobile devices so you can open it easily and show it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.

How do Go City passes work?

• Total flexibility: There’s no need to choose attractions in advance; you can pick them on the go by scanning your pass at each location.
• Single digital pass: Forget about individual tickets. Download the Go City app and scan your pass at the entrance of each attraction.
• Validity: The pass is valid for 30 days from the moment it is activated (your first visit).

Public Holidays

Local public holidays may affect the opening hours of some of the attractions included in the pass. Closures for public holidays will not be grounds for a partial or full refund of the price of the pass.
