Elqui Valley Excursion

At the designated time, we will pick you up from your accommodation in La Serena to embark on this remarkable adventure through the Elqui River Valley, one of the most picturesque areas of Chile's interior.

Our journey begins with a short visit to the Puclaro reservoir, where you can take in the impressive dam. Next, we'll head to Vicuña, the renowned birthplace of Gabriela Mistral, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1945.

During our time in Vicuña, we will explore the home where the iconic writer was born, as well as the church where she was baptized. Afterward, you'll have some free time to stroll around the town at your leisure. Following this, we will visit a pisco distillery to discover the process behind this traditional beverage, complete with a tasting experience. Our next stop will take us to a restaurant in Villaseca.

Your meal will feature a Chilean menu, including a starter, main dish, dessert, and a drink. After enjoying lunch, we will proceed to explore the charming towns of Montegrande and Pisco Elqui, both gems nestled within the Elqui Valley.
