Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel at 8 am, setting off on an insightful journey into one of Colombia's leading export products.

We will explore an agro-ecological farm, where you'll uncover intriguing facts about avocados and their agricultural practices. During the visit, you will learn how the farm has earned its certification for Good Environmental Practices.

As we stroll through the Hass avocado fields, originally hailing from California, you will also be introduced to various avocado types cultivated in Colombia, including Papelillo, Santana, Semil, and Choquette, all available for sampling.

Following our tour, you'll participate in an engaging guacamole workshop, where you'll learn to prepare this delicious creamy sauce with avocados using traditional methods. You’ll savor the fruits of your labor by tasting the guacamole you helped create.

Upon concluding the workshop, we will return to Manizales, ensuring you are back at your hotel by 3 pm.
