At the designated time, we will gather at the Gare des Chemins de Fer de Provence station. Are you ready to explore the Var Valley? Step aboard the Train of Wonders as we make our way through the Alps!

Your first destination will be Entrevaux, often celebrated as one of France's most charming towns. Here, you'll have the chance to visit the remarkable Royal Citadel, accessible via a 150-step staircase, offering breathtaking views from the medieval drawbridge that overlooks the Var Valley. Additionally, we'll stop by a lovely baroque cathedral, enhancing the historical allure of this picturesque setting.

After enjoying a meal at a local eatery, we will reboard the train and continue to a nearby medieval village, famous for its troglodyte characteristics and seasonal transformations. Prepare for a scenic 5-kilometer (3.1 miles) hike through the area, delving into an ancient chestnut forest that has stood for centuries. This adventure will require a certain level of physical fitness, so be prepared for an invigorating experience!
