Visit Xcaret at Night

Xcaret is one of the most renowned eco-archaeological parks in Mexico. At night, it offers a unique experience. For a few hours, you can walk along nature trails, bathe in underground rivers, and enjoy shows rich in history and culture. The atmosphere is filled with traditional aromas, soft lights, and sounds that evoke the country's pre-Hispanic past. A perfect blend of nature, tradition, and emotion awaits you!

What Does the Ticket Include?

With your night ticket to Xcaret, you'll enjoy a magical experience at nightfall, combining nature, culture, and Mexican tradition. The ticket includes the following:

A tour of three underground rivers, where you can float among caverns, stalactites, and unique natural formations—a real underground adventure!
Entrance to the Butterfly House and the Aviary: two natural sanctuaries where you can observe tropical butterflies and more than 1,500 birds of different species.
Visit to the Coral Reef Aquarium: a space that recreates marine ecosystems of the Mexican Caribbean. Discover its biodiversity through tunnels and underwater showcases.
Traditional shows such as the Voladores de Papantla, the Danzas Prehispánicas, and an exciting Equestrian Show, where Aztec horsemen and horses star in a colorful and skillful staging.
The Xcaret Mexico Espectacular night show: a performance featuring over 300 artists on stage that narrates the rich history and culture of the country, offering an unforgettable way to conclude your visit!

Additionally, you'll have access to the beach, the cove and the natural pools, ideal for relaxing while the sun sets over the horizon. You can also stroll along the Rainforest Trail, which features sun loungers, hammocks, and rest areas surrounded by lush vegetation.

If you visit with your family, the park includes Kids' World, a space specially designed for children to enjoy their own adventure among slides, tunnels, and water games—guaranteed fun for everyone!

Opening Times

With your night ticket, you'll have access to the park from Monday to Sunday between 4 pm and 10 pm.

Please note the following specific times of the attractions:

Underground Rivers: open until 5:30 pm
Butterfly House and Aviary: open until 6:30 pm
Coral Reef Aquarium: open until 6:45 pm

Información importante

Please make your way to Xcaret Park on the Chetúmal Road (Puerto Juárez Kilómetro 282, Solidaridad, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico). At the park's ticket office, you can redeem your Civitatis voucher for a wristband that will give you access to the park and its services.

Important Info

To enter the park, you'll have to present an ID at the ticket office. The document can be in digital format or a photocopy.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, and bringing a swimsuit, a towel and a spare change of clothes.

To rent the snorkelling equipment, you must leave a refundable deposit of 300MXN or 25USD.

Sunscreens and suntan lotions must only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park. If you do not comply with this requirement, there's a place at the park entrance where you can exchange your sunscreen for a chemical-free sample. Your sunscreen will be returned to you at the exit.
