Annapurna Base Camp Trek: 6-Day Journey from Pokhara

Day 1: Pokhara - Siwai - Chhomrong

Commencing your adventure, a pickup will be arranged from your accommodation in Pokhara to kickstart this remarkable 6-day trek to Annapurna Base Camp.

After a scenic drive to Siwai village, we'll embark on our foot journey. Following roughly a two-hour drive, our hike towards Chhomrong, the initial stop of our trek, will begin where we will spend our first evening.

Day 2: Chhomrong - Sinuwa - Himalaya

As dawn breaks on the second day, be ready to be greeted by stunning mountain views. After a fulfilling breakfast, we will take a trail leading us up a series of stone steps to the rushing waters of the Chhomrong Khola River. We'll cross over via a suspension bridge, ascending once more towards the village of Sinuwa, where we can pause to relish the beautiful surroundings.

Our trek will then proceed through a verdant bamboo, oak, and rhododendron forest on our way to Himalaya.

Day 3: Himalaya - Machapuchare - Annapurna

This day promises to be the most exhilarating of the trek! We will wake early to set out and visit not just one, but two significant mountaineering base camps.

Commencing with a challenging four-hour hike through the Annapurna Sanctuary towards Machapuchare base camp, situated at an altitude of 3700 meters, we will have the perfect opportunity to enjoy remarkable views of Machapuchare, Gangapurna, and the entire Annapurna massif.

Continuing from there, we will proceed to Annapurna base camp, reaching the highest point of our trek at 4130 meters.

Day 4: Annapurna - Sinuwa

At Annapurna base camp, we will rise early to savor breakfast amidst incredible panoramic views of Annapurna's towering south face—an experience unlike any other!

After breakfast, we will make our way back towards Sinuwa. Along the journey, we will be treated to breathtaking vistas of the Himalayas, passing yak herding sites, lush forests, and tranquil valleys before reaching our next destination.

Day 5: Sinuwa - Siwai - Pokhara

The final leg of our trek begins! On this fifth day, we will retrace our route towards Chhomrong, taking a detour to explore the inviting Jhinu Danda hot springs. Here, you can relax and rejuvenate with a well-deserved soak—an ideal way to unwind after the days of trekking!

Following our respite, we will continue to Siwai, where transportation will be available to return you to Pokhara.

Upon arrival, you will be escorted back to your hotel, leaving you with the remainder of the afternoon to discover and enjoy the delights of Pokhara.

Day 6: Pokhara - Kathmandu

As your adventure concludes, a transfer will be arranged from your hotel in Pokhara to Kathmandu, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation. The journey will take approximately six to eight hours.
