Pickup Locations in Southern Río, Central Río, or Airports

When you choose this option, we will collect you from the hotels in the southern or central area, or from Santos Dumont Airport or Galeão Airport. After pickups, we will proceed to your accommodation in Arraial do Cabo. A vehicle change will occur at São Pedro da Aldeira before reaching Arraial. Under normal traffic conditions, the total trip takes around 3.5 hours.

The scheduled pickup times for this service are:

• Santos Dumont Airport: pickups at 8:30 am, 11 am, 2:30 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm, and 11 pm
• Galeão Airport: pickups at 9 am, 11:30 am, 3 pm, 6:30 pm, 8 pm, and 11:30 pm
• South and Central areas: pickups available from 7 am to 12 pm

Pickup in Western Río

Selecting this option will result in a pickup from the western district of Río de Janeiro between 7 am and 12 pm. A vehicle change will take place at São Pedro da Aldeira prior to arriving at your destination.

The journey typically lasts about 4.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

Important Information

We will ensure you are dropped off at hotels located within central Arraial do Cabo. Please be aware that lodgings in Pontal do Atalaia or in the neighborhoods of Monte Alto and Unamar are not part of this service.

Children Under 1 Year

Children under 1 year can travel at no cost if seated on a parent’s lap. If parents opt to utilize a safety seat, tickets must be purchased for children aged 1-3.

Luggage Guidelines

• Passengers are allowed to bring 1 medium suitcase (dimensions: 67 cm (26.3 in) high, 48 cm (18.8 in) wide, and 27 cm (10.6 in) long) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, and 25 cm (9.8 in) long), plus 1 personal item (such as a backpack or small bag). An additional fee of 100 BRL per journey will be charged for extra luggage or items that do not meet these requirements.
• If you anticipate needing to carry excess luggage, please provide 24 hours' notice. Without prior notification, the driver may decline to allow boarding based on passenger numbers and available vehicle space.
• Notify us in advance about carrying special items such as surfboards, strollers, and foldable wheelchairs, as an additional fee of 100 BRL will apply, contingent on item size and availability.
• For difficult-to-access locations, passengers will need to assist in transferring their luggage between vehicles.
• Passengers are wholly responsible for their luggage.
