Description

At the scheduled time, we will gather at the Sorrento port before setting off towards Capri. The ferry ride will last approximately an hour, during which you may unwind on the deck or capture images of the dramatic Neapolitan coastline.

Upon reaching Capri, we will embark on a boat tour to explore the island's entire coastline, leading us to one of its most famous landmarks, the Blue Grotto. This remarkable natural limestone cavern, accessible solely by boat, offers a captivating interplay of light and water. Historically, it is said that the Romans frequented the Blue Grotto for their private bathing experiences.

Afterwards, you will have some free time to wander through Capri at your own pace or enjoy a meal. Be sure to visit the Belvedere Cannone viewpoint for stunning panoramas of the cliffs and nearby islets of Capri.

We will then make our way back to the island's port to reboard the ferry, returning to Sorrento approximately 8 hours after our departure.

Itinerary changes

• In the event that the Blue Grotto is inaccessible due to weather, we will instead take a boat tour around the Faraglioni rocks.
• Should the weather impede the boat excursion, an inland tour of Capri will be arranged.
