Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Ulaanbaatar at 8 am, where we’ll board a minibus for our travel to the Semi Gobi Desert. This captivating region showcases a striking contrast of arid desert terrain set against lush, green mountains.

As we traverse the Mongolian steppe, we will arrive at the desert and enjoy a warm welcome with coffee or tea and a light snack. A fascinating encounter awaits as we meet a local family who shares insights into their nomadic traditions.

Dive deeper into the desert experience with an exhilarating hour-long camel or horse ride across the stunning landscapes of the Semi Gobi, where you can take in the breathtaking dunes and mountain vistas.

After an active morning, we'll pause to savor a hearty lunch featuring local delicacies. The menu may change based on the season, but you'll have the chance to enjoy specialties such as buuz (steamed dumplings), khuushuur (savory meat pastries), and tsuivan (a noodle dish), complemented by tea and cookies for dessert.

With your energy replenished, we’ll embark on a short trekking adventure across the dunes, allowing for one final exploration of the magnificent desert scenery, before we make our way back to Ulaanbaatar. You can expect to return to your hotel around 7 pm.
