We will pick you up from your hotel in Ushuaia at the designated time and set off to the west.

After a scenic 40-minute drive, we will arrive at the Argentine side of Acigami Lake, referred to as Lake Roca on the Chilean side. Here, our thrilling 8 km (4.97 miles) hiking trail begins, featuring an elevation gain of around 900 metres (2952 ft.). Are you prepared for the adventure?

The hike starts as we walk alongside Lake Acigami, eventually leading us into a rich lenga forest. As we leave the forest behind, we will begin our ascent towards the summit of Cerro Guanaco. Throughout the climb, we will enjoy views of the Chilean shores of Lake Roca and the majestic mountains that surround us.

Upon reaching the summit of Cerro Guanaco, situated at an altitude of 960 metres (3149 ft.) above sea level, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing picnic-style lunch. This lunch includes a sandwich, chocolate pudding, an apple, and a hot beverage, with options of coffee, mate, or tea.

After our meal, we will make our way back down to the starting point of our hike. A vehicle will be ready to take us back to the hotels in Ushuaia, concluding our adventure in approximately 7 hours.
