Description

At the designated time, we will collect you from your Ushuaia hotel and drive you to a trailhead within the Tierra del Fuego National Park, where our thrilling hike on Mount Susana will commence.

Over the course of this 8-kilometer (5-mile) trek, we will ascend slopes reaching up to 400 meters (1312 feet). Along the way, there will be multiple pauses to admire the natural beauty of the Fuegian landscape and capture memorable photographs. After approximately 2 hours of walking, we will arrive at the summit of Mount Susana, which stands at an altitude of 610 meters (2000 feet).

From this elevated point, the panoramic vistas of the Beagle Channel are truly awe-inspiring. We will also be able to glimpse the Chilean shores alongside the islands of Hoste and Navarino. After taking some time to enjoy these views, our descent back to the trailhead will begin.

During our return, we will be graced with fantastic views of the Darwin mountain range along with the Tierra del Fuego National Park. Partway down, we will pause for a picnic lunch, featuring a local meal complemented by a warm beverage.

After our lunch break, we will continue on our path, concluding the hike at the initial starting point. Our transportation will be ready to take us back to Ushuaia, where we will arrive at your hotel approximately 6 hours after the pickup.
