Activity Overview

We will convene at Albufeira Marina at the designated time. After gathering the group, we’ll embark on the boat, beginning our adventure through the mesmerizing caves of the Algarve.

The voyage will take us along the stunning Atlantic coastline towards Carvoeiro, where we will unveil remarkable sea caves that are accessible solely by water. These natural formations, shaped by the relentless power of the ocean over the centuries, promise an exceptional coastal vista.

A standout feature of the excursion is the renowned Benagil Cave—a hallmark of the Algarve’s natural beauty. Its vast dome and a circular aperture in the ceiling allow rays of sunlight to penetrate, creating an enchanting display of light that must be experienced in person.

This boat tour spans approximately two and a half hours, providing ample opportunity to soak in the surroundings and even enjoy a refreshing swim in the pristine waters. Keep your eyes peeled; there’s a possibility of spotting dolphins during our journey!

We’ll conclude our cruise by returning to Albufeira Marina, bringing our remarkable coastal exploration to a close.

On the day of the activity, we'll meet 30 minutes before the indicated time at X Ride Algarve, at the Albufeira Marina (Cais H, Escritório12, 8200-394 Albufeira, Portugal).

Important

Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
You must bring your online ticket.
The swimming stop depends on sea conditions.
We can't guarantee the presence of dolphins, given that they're wild animals.
There are no refunds for no-shows
We're regulated by the local Maritime Police and they have the authority to close access to the caves in case of bad weather and sea conditions. They also control the time so that we can only stay inside the caves for a few minutes.
