We'll begin your adventure by collecting you from your accommodation in Barreal at the appointed time in an off-road jeep. Our first stop will be the enchanting Calle de Los Enamorados, where we’ll view the impressive monument dedicated to Cupid.

Once we've paid homage to the deity of love, our journey continues as we navigate through the Tontal foothills. Here, our 4x4 will traverse the dry riverbed of a long-extinct river. Our next destination will be the historic bentonite mines, where astonishing paleontological artifacts await discovery.

Next, we will drive towards the Petrified Forest, where you will encounter an extensive collection of fossilized ferns and trunks that are thousands of years old. While you savor a tasty snack featuring traditional products, we’ll discuss the fascinating origins of this remarkable site.

Our exploration will then take us deeper into the mountains, caves, and slopes of the Petrified Forest. This area, one of the most distinctive in Argentina's San Juan province, is an ideal spot for landscape photography!
