A Journey into Therme: Europe’s Spa Oasis

Any visit to Bucharest would be incomplete without immersing yourself in the wonders of Therme, noted as the largest indoor wellness center in Europe. This magnificent complex spans an impressive area of 250,000 square meters (2,690,977 sq ft), offering a blend of tranquility and recreation in a tropical retreat only 15 km (9.3 mi) from the city’s heart.

The spa utilizes geothermal water, sourced from deep underground at a temperature exceeding 80 degrees Celsius. After appropriate treatment, the spa maintains a cozy water temperature of 33 degrees. Remarkably, the water in the facilities is cycled and filtered every four hours for optimal hygiene.

Your access ticket grants you entry to the Galaxy section of Therme, designed particularly for families. Within this area, delight in 16 exhilarating water slides, both indoor and outdoor thermal pools for continual comfort, and three saunas ideal for skin rejuvenation.

In addition, you'll discover hydromassage zones and massage beds, a family relaxation area, alongside bars and restaurants by the pool. Younger visitors can enjoy a dedicated play area, complete with PlayStation consoles, engaging water games, and a cozy reading nook. Endless fun awaits!

When booking your experience, select from the following options based on your desired duration in the Galaxy area of the Therme:

3-hour ticket: access for 3 hours
4.5-hour ticket: enjoy the facilities for 4.5 hours
12-hour ticket: full-day access for 12 hours

Monday to Thursday: 10 am to 11 pm
Fridays and Saturdays: 9 am to 12 am

Important Information

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a wristband for locker access and to track any additional expenses incurred during your visit.
Any extra time beyond your ticket duration will incur additional charges at departure.
All extra expenses for upgrades, rentals, food, and drinks are payable at the end of your visit.
Guests under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult.
Be aware that peak times such as weekends, holidays, and school breaks may lead to larger crowds.

This booking voucher is not valid for entering the spa. 12 hours before the visit, you'll receive an email from the local team with the tickets in QR code format, which you must show at the Therme Spa ticket office, located at the following address: Calea Bucureşti 1K, Balotești 077015, Romania.

If you do not receive the QR code, you will have to contact the local provider.

Opening Times

The Therme spa is open during the following times:

Monday to Thursday: from 10 am to 11 pm
Fridays and Saturdays: from 9 am to 12 am
Sundays: from 9 am to 11 pm

Additional Info

Upon entry, you'll receive a wristband that gives you access to the available lockers, and records any additional charges during your visit.
Any additional time beyond the duration included in your ticket will be charged upon departure.
