A brief 5-minute stroll from the iconic La Boca Walkway leads you to the notable Florio Wine Cellar, a distinguished gem within the wine tourism scene of Buenos Aires.

This remarkable wine cellar showcases Mendoza wines, which represent Argentina's primary region for wine production. Here, you will also have a chance to sample locally produced olive oil, crafted right from the region.

Throughout the wine-tasting journey, you will experience a selection of Mendoza wines based on the option you choose. Whatever your decision, it promises to be a memorable adventure in the heart of La Boca!

Tasting Options

When you reserve your wine-tasting session centered on Mendoza wines in La Boca, you can pick from the following options:

4-Wine Tasting Experience (1 hour)

In this session, you'll gain insight into Mendoza's winemaking heritage while sampling four different wines.

Subject to availability and seasonal variations, the wines will feature different types: red, white, sparkling, sweet, or liqueur. Additionally, we will explore the various grape varieties cultivated in Mendoza, with a particular focus on the significance of Malbec grapes.

You will also savor an olive oil crafted in Mendoza along with a delightful Sambayón ice cream.

5-Wine Tasting Experience (1 hour and 15 minutes)

For this choice, you will enjoy the same selections as mentioned earlier, plus one additional variety. In total, we will explore five different Mendoza wines.

This tasting will be complemented by a platter of cured meats and cheeses, all sourced locally, enhancing the overall experience!

5 High-Quality Wine Tasting Experience (1 hour and 15 minutes)

This option allows you to indulge in five premium wines from the Mendoza area.

As with the previous tasting experiences, we will delve into intriguing facts about Argentine wines and what makes Mendoza wines unique, focusing on their color, aroma, and flavors.

Participate in the wine-tasting experience whenever it suits you, as Florio Wine Cellar is open daily, from Monday through Sunday, between 10 am and 6 pm. Please note that these operating hours may vary.
