Xplor Park Day Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cancun and hit the road towards Xplor, an adventure park where you can spend a day full of adrenaline. Surrounded by jungle, deep in the heart of the Yucatán, the park offers natural attractions of all types and for all ages.

You can explore underwater caves, grottoes, and little lakes in the park, as well as one of the highlights: flying over the jungle on a zip line to obtain unbeatable views of the local landscape.

The very bravest can take a run at the imposing obstacle course, and you can even discover the park by both land and sea, on board an amphibious vehicle—an adventure from start to finish!

Xplor Fuego

At Xplor Fuego you'll enjoy amazing adventures and attractions such as zip lines, amphibious vehicles, lava rivers, cave exploring, and much more. What's more, you'll also have a delicious buffet lunch included.

You'll experience an unforgettable evening, surrounded by torches and spectacular fireflies.

Opening Times

Xplor Park is open from 5:30 pm to 11 pm. At 10 pm, the attractions and the restaurant close.

Around 10:50 pm, the bus will leave to return to the hotels.

Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm

Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so pickup time will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.

Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and change. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you are not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.

Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.

The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.

At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID (in printed or digital format). This requirement is essential to obtain the park access bracelet.

Recommendations

Remember that you must bring proof of purchase.
Remember to bring a bathing suit, water shoes, a change of clothes and a towel.
Your sunscreen and insect repellent should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide. If not, you can exchange them at the entrance for a chemical-free sample, and they will be returned to you on the way out.
We recommend bringing cash or a card to buy souvenirs or photos.

Important

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 12 years old over 1.40m tall must also show identification to prove their age.
For the zip line activity, a minimum height of 1.10m and a minimum weight of 40kg is required. For the harness, a minimum waist measurement of 130cm and a leg measurement of 70cm is required. Children's harnesses must be correctly adjusted or they will not be able to perform the activity.
The use of the snorkeling equipment requires a 100MXN refundable deposit.
You cannot change the date on the same day as your visit.
