"I dream my painting and paint my dream." Join us to delve into Van Gogh's experiences during his period in Provence, as we gather at the specified meeting point at 41 Cours Jean Jaurès.
Our adventure begins as we head to Arles, where we will stroll through the historic streets, visiting the famed Café Van Gogh. This café's entrance features in his iconic post-impressionist masterpiece Café Terrace at Night. Additionally,
you will have half an hour to explore at your leisure. If your visit falls on a Saturday, don't miss the opportunity to experience the bustling weekly market in Arles. Following this, we'll proceed to Saint-Paul de Mausole, the former asylum where Van Gogh spent time. Here, we will uncover the impactful role this site played in the creation of some of the artist's most significant works.
To conclude the tour, we will visit a room reminiscent of the artist's hospital environment.
Our return trip will take us back to Avignon, with an anticipated arrival at the starting point approximately five hours after we first convened.

Please note that on occasion, the sequence of this tour may be inverted, starting with Saint-Rémy-de-Provence before heading to Arles.

Please note that the order of the visit can change because of market days (Wednesdays in St-Rémy and Saturdays in Arles).
