At 6:30 PM, we will gather at the Marina do Funchal before setting off on our marine adventure. This boat journey will take us along the island's stunning south coast, particularly around Cabo Girão and Câmara de Lobos.

During the trip, you will have the opportunity to witness a captivating sunset over Madeira’s coast. As day turns to night, we're likely to encounter various whales and dolphins that come near the shore to forage on crustaceans and small fish, making this time of day ideal for sightings.

Sunset provides an excellent opportunity for observing these magnificent creatures in the North Atlantic. Our onboard guide will provide insights into the marine life in the region, discussing the habits and behaviors of large marine mammals, including notable species like bottlenose and spotted dolphins, sperm whales, fin whales, and pilot whales.

As we glide across the water, the evening light will illuminate the Desertas Islands, casting beautiful orange and crimson hues. Should the Atlantic conditions cooperate, we plan to pause for 30 minutes in the open ocean for those interested in snorkeling and exploring the underwater world.

We will conclude our cruise by returning to the dock at 9:30 PM.
